As the Ginger Brewers, we’re Dan and Phil, two friends based in Cardiff who started our brewing journey back in 2019. What began as a hobby has quickly become a passion, and we’ve been dedicated to improving the quality of our brews with every single batch. We love the process of creating great beer together, and we enjoy sharing that experience, the inevitable mishaps, and all our knowledge on our YouTube channel. Ultimately, our goal is to support this amazing homebrewing community, help new brewers avoid the mistakes we made, and have as much fun as possible on this continuous journey of learning and experimentation.
