3. Account Security & Fair Use

  • No Account Sharing: Your subscription and login credentials are for your personal, individual use only. Sharing account access with third parties is a breach of these terms. If we detect unauthorised credential sharing, we reserve the right to terminate your account without a refund.
  • Fair Use Policy: We operate a Fair Use Policy regarding our digital tools, calculators, and community features. Any automated scraping of data, “bot” activity, or usage that intentionally degrades the service for other members is strictly prohibited.

  • Refunds (Digital Content): In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, by logging in and accessing digital tools or the “Brewing Masterclass,” you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day right to a refund, as the service is deemed “delivered.”

7. Conduct & Termination

  • Community Conduct: Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior during live masterclasses or in forums will not be tolerated.
  • Recordings: Live sessions may be recorded for future playback. By participating, you acknowledge your contributions (voice/video) may be included.
  • Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms, non-payment, or behavior detrimental to our community.
